Short version: this is an unofficial, free, volunteer-run fan wiki. What people post here belongs to the people who posted it, not to the volunteers who host it. Be kind, write only canon, and only upload what you have the right to share. We can remove content, block accounts or pause the site at any time. The site is provided without any guarantee.

By creating an account, editing or uploading, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the editing features (you can still read the wiki).

1. Who runs this site

PURSUITCORE Wiki (community edition) (the “Site”) is a non-commercial community project operated by volunteers (the “Operators”). The Operators provide the technical service only. They do not write, review or approve content before it appears. The Site is community-moderated.

2. Unofficial fan project

PURSUITCORE is created by TamaCorp. The Site is not made, sponsored, endorsed or reviewed by TamaCorp, Roblox Corporation or any other rights holder. Names, characters, music, images and other game material belong to their respective owners and appear here only as fan documentation.

3. Who can use the editing features

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for everything done through it. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Your content and licence

• You are responsible for what you post. You promise that you wrote it, or that you have the right to share it, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
• Text: by saving an edit you agree to release your text under CC BY-SA 4.0, the same licence as the wiki it is based on. Attribution is given through the page history.
• Images, audio, video and other files: you keep your rights, and you give the Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute the file as part of the wiki. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share.
• Material imported from the original wiki keeps the licence and credit it had there.

5. Rules

You agree not to post or do any of the following:

• fanon, speculation presented as fact, or vandalism (see the Wiki Rules and Manual of Style);
• content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors;
• personal or private information about anyone, including yourself, or content that violates someone's privacy;
• files you do not have the right to share, or leaks the developers did not allow;
• malware, spam, advertising, scraping that overloads the Site, or attempts to bypass limits, security or blocks;
• pretending to be someone else, or creating accounts to evade a block.

6. Upload limits

To keep the Site free, uploads are limited. Regular editors can upload images only, with size and daily limits. Audio and video are uploaded by admins or trusted editors. The community storage has an overall cap, and uploads stop when it is full. Limits may change without notice.

7. Moderation, blocks and pauses

Community admins and the Operators may, at any time and without prior notice, edit or remove content, restore earlier versions, block accounts, protect pages, and pause or restrict editing, sign-ups or uploads, or make the whole Site read-only. We do this to keep the Site safe and sustainable. We are not required to monitor content, and not removing something does not mean we approve it.

8. Notice and takedown (copyright and other illegal content)

We act on notices. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights or is otherwise illegal, send a notice to the staff through the PURSUITCORE Discord server that includes:

1. who you are and how to reach you;
2. the exact address (URL) or file name of the content;
3. what right is affected and why (for copyright: what work you own or represent, and a statement that the use is not authorised);
4. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, for copyright, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
5. for personal-data or privacy complaints, the reason and any proof of identity needed to protect you.

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the content when justified. We may tell the person who posted it. They can send a counter-notice explaining why the content is lawful, and we may restore it if the dispute is resolved or the law requires it. We will block accounts of people who repeatedly infringe. We also comply with valid court orders and with notice-and-action rules that apply to us, including under the EU Digital Services Act and Brazilian law. Notices sent in bad faith may have legal consequences for the sender.

9. Third-party content and links

The Site contains content written by other users and links to other websites (for example Roblox, Discord, SoundCloud, YouTube). We do not control and are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Wiki information may be wrong, outdated or edited by anyone. The Site may be interrupted, changed, paused or discontinued at any time, and data may be lost despite backups.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operators, the community admins, contributors and anyone involved in running the Site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, reputation or opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or from content posted by users, even if we were told such damage was possible. Because the Site is free, our total liability for any claim is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to zero or, if the law does not allow that, to the smallest amount allowed.

12. The volunteers are not personally liable

The Site is a volunteer effort. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not bring claims about the Site or its content against the individual volunteers, administrators, contributors or technical operators personally, and that your only remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site. The technical Operator provides hosting only and does not endorse, control or take responsibility for user content.

13. What these Terms cannot remove

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example liability for intent or gross negligence where the law forbids excluding it), nor your mandatory rights as a consumer or data subject under the laws where you live, including GDPR and LGPD rights described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, if you post content or use the Site in breach of these Terms or the law, you agree to defend and compensate the Operators, administrators and contributors against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that result from your content or your conduct.

15. Termination and changes

You can stop using the Site and delete your account at any time on the My account page. We may suspend or end your access at any time, especially for breaking these Terms. We may update these Terms; if the change is meaningful we will change the date above and, where required, ask you to accept again. Continuing to edit after a change means you accept it.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without affecting any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have where you live. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem in good faith. If a dispute reaches court, it will be decided by the competent courts of Brazil, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a rule once does not waive it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and the Operators about the Site. If translations exist, the English version prevails.
