Bureaucrats have all necessary Wiki permissions, including the ability to ban Wiki users and edit locked pages, such as the Wiki's timeless.css file that controls the Wiki's appearance. If you have any questions regarding the Wiki, or would like to report a Wiki user, please ask a Wiki bureaucrat, preferably on Discord.
Rollbackers are dedicated Wiki editors who have received the Rollbacker role as a reward for their efforts. Rollbackers CANNOT perform moderation actions, so do not ask them to do so. Promotion to Rollbacker status is handled on a case-by-case basis, but they are usually given to Wiki users who have a score of 50 or higher on the ContributionScores page, are active Discord members, and have not committed any severe Wiki transgressions.
