Captain Limewire, simply titled Limewire in-game, is a Terminator in PURSUITCORE. He is a powerful grappler who can reel in Users from a distance and rocketjump with his cannon.

Appearanceedit

Captain Limewire is a human with beige skin and golden hair, sporting an eyepatch and crazed expression. He wears a full-dark green set of a hat, frock coat and boots alongside a striped shirt and pants. On his hat is a stylized lime design and strapped to his back is a large cannon. On his left hand is a long flintlock pistol with yellow accents and on his right is a giant hook with vaguely saw-like shapes on the outer side.

One of his most noticeable features is his staggering height, towering over all Users and even some of the other Terminators.

Limelock

Key: EType: ActiveCooldown: 12 seconds

"Pull out a flintlock and aim towards your mouse, hitting a player will deal 10 damage and inflict 'Magnetized'. Can pierce."

On use, Limewire enters an aiming stance with a green flash and a global sound cue. His movement speed is slowed, and he can be stunned out of Limelock. You can cancel the move for a 3 second cooldown.
The shot is hitscan and has infinite pierce, applying Magnetized for 10 seconds.
The gun emits a green line, showing where you're aiming to both you and the Users.

The Limewire

Key: RType: ActiveCooldown: 15 seconds

On use, Limewire enters an aiming stance with a green flash and a global sound cue. His movement speed is slowed (this is bugged atm), and he can be stunned out. You can manually cancel The Limewire for a 3 second cooldown.
The hook is a projectile, aimed towards your cursor/crosshair. It can pull in a User from any range.
The homing effect of Magnetized is not strong; you still need to aim properly.
On mobile, you will need to press the button for ranged moves again instead of doing an M1.
Abilities are put on cooldown for 4 seconds after a successful LIMEWIRE BUSTER if they weren't already above that.
If the User hits a wall while being pulled in, the hook will "break", freeing the User. They will take 10 damage and be ragdolled for ~0.5 seconds.

Torrential Leap

Key: QType: ActiveCooldown: 17 seconds

"Leap towards where your camera is looking, highlighting all users during this state. Landing on nearby users will deal 25 damage."

Torrential Leap highlights the location of all Users for as long as Limewire remains airborne.
Landing on Users will also ragdoll them for ~1.5 seconds on top of dealing 25 damage. This is just long enough for you to land a free M1 on them, allowing for a 55 damage combo!
Trajectory can be changed with camera angle and steering with movement controls (WASD, thumbstick, etc.)
This ability is not used when activating LIMEWIRE BUSTER, but will still be put on cooldown like all others.

Tipsedit

Being one of two Super-tall Terminators™ allows Captain Limewire to scale certain terrain without needing to spend a jump. This can be used to cut off Users on ramps for easy damage when paired with Hook's tall hitbox or to better time your jumps.
- Do note that his larger frame makes going through certain doorways more difficult (especially on maps like PursuitKart), so try to ensure that you don't hit your head on anything.
Limewire is the single slowest Terminator in-game (1 speed point behind Sweep), but even still you can handedly outpace Users with good pathing and timed jumps over terrain if you're close enough.
Prioritize landing in a good spot over hitting Users with Torrential Leap, as it can often be awkward to aim it and may result in wider opportunities for your targets to escape.
In cramped map sections, Torrential Leap is an easy way to pressure Users even further by cutting them off or even stomping on them for hefty damage, so long as your camera is aimed correctly upon use.
Limelock is usually fast enough to be fired on a survivor without them being able to react in time.
While The Limewire's LIMEBUSTER is very strong, sometimes it's better off not using it and instead going for melee hits and a quick gunshot to end a chase faster than normal.
Limelock's Magnetize status effect and highlight lingers on survivors that can go invisible (i.e. Mikaela's Smoke Bomb), which can lead to a very easy kill.
Torrential Leap can combo into a quick Hook or Limelock if landed, especially on off-guard Users.
- Furthermore, using Torrential Leap at the start of a round will very often put you right next to the Users, allowing for an easy 55~ damage to start off with if Torrential Leap is landed. Even if not landed, using it as early as possible is a great way to start chases instantly.
Landing The Limewire's LIMEBUSTER in I Wanna Be The User can lead to extremely high damage when paired with other Terminators due to the stun the singular User suffers.
