Nexus

Nexus is a standard Map in PURSUITCORE. It's based on Yume Nikki; more specifically, Madotsuki's own Nexus. It's meant to be the center hub of Fukatsuki's own dream worlds, her doors way above everyone and out of the way when rounds occur.

• Nexus is Fukatsuki's own dreamscape, making any occurring rounds happen in her head.^[1]
  • It is unknown what happens to anyone if they die in Nexus, including Fukatsuki herself.
• Glancing into the sky, you can see dream doodles of other Users and Terminators.
  • Users seen: Dante, Mikaela, Nyan and Roflpix.
  • Terminators visible: PartyPwny, Blankstare, Sweep, Captain Limewire and Jack Noir.
    • Blankstare is seen with visible stink lines, because he smells.^[2]
• This map was teased on X/Twitter through it's own video.
• In one of the classrooms there is a light switch that can only be flipped once per round. Flipping it has a 1/64 chance to spawn PURSUITCORE'S version of Uboa in the middle.
  • Spawning Uboa was supposed to give a badge when it spawned, however it is currently bugged and unobtainable.
    • Recently, as of PURSUITCORE's return the badge has been removed from the game.
  • Their just a nod to Uboa, They don't have much relevance.^[3]
• Nexus was originally going to feature NPC's that would have randomly been enabled/disabled when the map was chosen. However, that never actually happened.^[4]
  • The Pink dream creature in the store area is a leftover of that idea. ^[5]
  • This may be revisited eventually.^[6]
• Unlike most Maps, the generators in Nexus are not guaranteed to be in the same position every round.

These have been consistent between both versions of the map.
