Vinnie is a User in PURSUITCORE. He can be purchased for 650 points at the Prize Corner. He is a bodyguard with both offensive and defensive abilities, exceling at tanking and blocking damage.

Appearanceedit

Vinnie is a Virus, taking form as a green anthropomorphic snake. His eyes are crossed out and has a halo floating above him, there's also some fluff on the back of his head; he also has a large tail. He wears an eigengrau tank top with two black cuffs and wears dark blue pants, plus, his right arm is tattooed with a purple spiral.

Abilitiesedit

Bodyguard

Type: Passive

"Vinnie has +25 health, lowers by 5 with each Vinnie duplicate, at a minimum cap of 100. Also has a larger hurtbox."

Max health is decreased by 5HP for every duplicate Vinnie alive to a minimum of 100HP.

Venom Apple

Type: Passive

"Taking damage gives Vinnie 1 stack of 'Venom Apple', which will buff Serpent Crash."

Venom Apple maxes out at 3 stacks; any more damage taken at max stacks will not add more.

Popup Block

Key: EType: ActiveCooldown: 22 seconds

"Raise your arms to prepare for an attack, getting hit during the block will negate damage and give one stack of Venom Apple."

Vinnie flashes white, is highlighted green, and plays a global sound cue when Popup Block is used.
Vinnie is slowed down drastically, cannot jump, and has reduced turning speed when using Popup Block.
Being hit during Popup Block negates damage, grants 1 apple and knocks both Vinnie and the terminator back. The Terminator will be stunned for 1.25 seconds, but Vinnie will be "stunned" and unable to act for ~1 second.
Popup Block lasts for ~2 seconds.
Popup Block has unique interactions with certain Terminator abilities:
- Partypwny's PARTY HARD is stopped completely.
- Partypwny's Kick deals no damage and stuns Partypwny, but still ragdolls Vinnie.
- DotX's HERE I COME is stopped completely.
- Blankstare's Siphon is stopped completely.
- Sweep's mine explosions will deal no damage, but still ragdoll. Additionally, Popup Block's cooldown is vastly increased to 40 seconds.
- Captain Limewire's Limelock deals no damage and stuns Limewire, but still applies Magnetized.
- Jack Noir's Behead is stopped completely.
Popup Block's stun duration decreases by 0.1 seconds for every duplicate Vinnie alive.

Partypwny's PARTY HARD is stopped completely.
Partypwny's Kick deals no damage and stuns Partypwny, but still ragdolls Vinnie.
DotX's HERE I COME is stopped completely.
Blankstare's Siphon is stopped completely.
Sweep's mine explosions will deal no damage, but still ragdoll. Additionally, Popup Block's cooldown is vastly increased to 40 seconds.

Serpent Crash

Key: QType: ActiveCooldown: 20 seconds

"Punch forward and expend all stacks of Venom Apple. Successfully hitting will stun for 1.5 seconds, in addition to blinding depending on the stacks of Venom Apple when used."

Serpent Crash has ~0.5 seconds of wind-up before punching.
Vinnie gains 1.2 seconds of Invulnerable while punching.
Apples apply the Venom debuff: 1.5s for 1 apple, 3s for 2 apples, 5s for 3 apples.
A successful hit grants Vinnie a 1 second speed boost.
Vinnie is slowed down drastically, cannot jump, and has reduced turning speed when using Serpent Crash.
Serpent Crash plays a global sound cue that gets louder depending on the number of apple stacks.
Serpent Crash's stun duration decreases by 0.125 seconds for every duplicate Vinnie alive.

Tipsedit

It'd be a good idea to enable your Server Position in the game's settings before playing Vinnie.
- This will make landing Popup Block easier as you'll know where the server is putting you.
Vinnie's Serpent Crash is able to punish Terminators much easier after they used a move with significant start/endlag.
- Serpent Crash can be extra punishing to Terminators if you have a high stack of Venom Apples and they recently used their indicator.
Vinnie is made to be defensive, not offensive. Use your abilities when a Terminator enroaches your team to hold them back.
- Depending on your amount of Venom Apple, this'll give your team more time to reposition.
Both of Vinnie's abilities can send the Terminator off an edge to buy you or your teammates more time to escape, but caution must be taken to not slide off either.
The extra 25 health for Vinnie allows him to tank more hits before dying. Try to be in battle against the Terminator more often.
Vinnie is a "High-risk High-reward" stunner. Meaning that it is very punishing for missing your abilities due to the endlag. Be sure to have assistance prepared when you miss.
